most stuff just leaves when I drop off me kids at the pool, and the rest of it just turns in thermal energy and muscle stiffness (I never got diagnosed autism but one thing I know for sure is that my muscles are constantly under tension, I'm very hot and very sweaty and I usually walk near-bare naked in the dead of winter as the result, I just die in the summer)
