Roast turkey, sage & onion stuffing, 'pigs in blankets', roast & mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, roast parsnips, carrots, garden peas, cranberry sauce, apple sauce & gravy, with Christmas Pudding & dark rum sauce, mulled wine and a pint of Moreland Abbot Reserve strong craft ale with a large tincture of Islay single malt whisky (preferably Laphroaig Quarter Cask); or is it
Traditional English Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs (or Omlette), 2 x rasher - low fat unsmoked bacon medallion, 2 x grilled Cumberland sausage, hash browns & baked beans, on two slices of wholemeal toast with a flagon of real ale; or is it:
Chicken Caesar Salad, boiled baby potatoes, pickled beetroot & sweet silverskin onions, with mixed vegetables (garden peas, sweetcorn, carrots, broccoli & cauliflower) and a chambre Chateauneuf du Pape ?; or is it
the whole lot put together and served in trough with a mixed grill on top & a crate of chilled Bollinger Champagne. ?
