To calculate that we can do 1/(64^3) which is 1/262144.
Since there are six possible locations, we can multiply that by 6, which gives us 6/262144, simplified 3/131072.
That means that, statistically, and given that the ID generation is truly random, you should see a true KOT ID appear three times per 131072 unique IDs generated, or approximately once out of every 43,690 IDs generated.
