and the more likes and comments you get the more people it shows it to. also it sometimes shows it to people who don't follow your shit at all for some reason. i don't follow jack and i still saw this because i guess it got a lot likes. and on facebook if one of your friends likes some post from a page you don't follow, you might see it as well.
