Do you ever feel guilty about not working hard?

I woke up at 5.30am today and it's 2:15pm right now.

Besides brushing my teeth and eating I can't think of one thing ive done that has any value. I've just posted on 4chan, reddit and watched YouTube videos this entire time.

People have completed a full workday by this time. I've done NOTHING to better my situation in this world?

I feel guilty and horrible about it.

Yeah, I've been plagued with it the past two weeks.

I figured the first week was no big deal, I just got done training some new agents for my team so I was taking it easy.

But it's a new month...

>supervisor
>have team of over 20 agents
>have basic BS to do every month
>stats reporting to boss, disciplinary actions
>all have due dates
>haven't done either, past due
>didn't do disciplinary actions last month either
>spent all week at my desk on phone looking at 4chan
>not sure why I can't just do it

Yeah, I had the same problems. Luckily I had the foresight not to waste money on college, which is why I'm in the wonderful career of customer service.

It's not so bad though. The benefits are nice, but I need to take more time to use them.

I do kind of feel like some of it is BS, in some cases. However, these dumbasses are accountable for making sure their fucking times are accurate. I was when I was an agent, and I still am as a supervisor!

It's when it is something that is down to luck (like bad QA reviews or surveys and such) that suck, but, again, I had the same struggles when I was an agent.

I fear the uncomfortable, shitty talks that I know I'm going to have to make with some of them. Maybe the 'training' I had to have psyched me out a bit on having shitty talks. Or maybe I should just dive into it and make my mistakes.

If you don't go to college for STEM/Business then it seems the only viable options are a Trade, starting a business or working in Sales.

Then there's the cost. I'm white and I already make too much money for any sort of assistance.
