When you do start eating normally- you won’t burn calories as efficiently. You’ll feel just as weak and short winded as you did when you’re heavy.

Fruit is now your candy bar, no more then two pieces a day- learn to cherish and enjoy fruit as you would a snickers, don’t get caught in a mentality of “man I wish I had a snickers instead”: you will fail. Instead be proud of yourself for getting healthy, and even though the snickers tastes better- the feeling of taking charge of your weight feels better.
If your profession is at a desk you will need 30-60 minutes of cardio, just build up to a sweat and a pant in the beginning if that’s too much for you. Even if Starting to pant and breaking a sweat only takes 30 seconds: tomorrow it will take 35 atleast. The idea is to let your body know your lifestyle needs more fuel to burn and increase your metabolism.
Go easy on the diary but don’t cut it out. Go very easy on butter and condiments(no more mayonnaise or sour cream onion dip!)
No more fast food anon. No more bags of Doritos and 2lt of Mountain Dew.
No more candy. Cut out as much gluten and cornmeal as you can. If you absolutely must eat glue let it be rice.
If you ate and you’re still hungry eat non-buttered potatoes till your full.
It will be hard in the beginning- food will be bland because it’s not pumped full of complex shugars that your body now craves.
