I doubt it. It's already a remake, and you already can play it on 3DS, even if it's difficult to control with d-pad. I don't remember any instance of Nintendo remaking twice or more the same game. SM64DS was made to show the capabilities DS was able to handle, IIRC.

That can happen, but not anytime soon. HAL is currently developing another new Kirby game for 3DS.
For nostalgia, I fondly remember having tons of Pokémon Puzzle League's matches with my old sister. The best part was we both were good at it. Good times.
