Saw this in another thread and figured it deserved it's own since it's so common. Women pose as tomboys and claim they want to be "one of the guys," but this—as always with women—doesn't mean what it seems to mean. I could list off dozens of examples from personal experience, but the fact is: women HATE being treated ACTUALLY like one of the guys. If they ever do find themselves in this position, they become very bitter and demand a litany of special treatment and perks. This is because, unless they are butch lesbians, what women mean when they say "I want to be one of the guys" is nothing other than: "I want to be part of this group of men so I can enjoy them all competing with each other for my attention without any other woman present to compete with me."
