>>9669927well then glad you're at least getting help but wards are still a shit kind of therapy any forced isolation must be tough, knew a really good friend who was in a psych ward in Canada psych ward was pretty shit since you could not use your phone or any devices you had to wear hospital scrubs, psychiatrists would change from day to day and rarely one would stay around for a week then the next one would come in. are you taking any SSRIs then? I used to take them after a fucking terrible breakup where I got cheated on by my gf who was with my best friend on the side.
