>>9672121funnily enough you dont need a degree to be in the navy's nuke program. people who are straight out of high school can do it, you just have to do really well on the ASVAB and/or NAPT, which really only require a basic understanding of various core subjects like english, trigonometry, pre-calculus, chemistry, etc.
>I'm hoping it's the same there in the USnah, it really doesn't set you up for life. depending on what you do, you might get certifications and experience, but you aren't guaranteed a job or even a retirement plan if you serve for just 4 to 8 years. you really have to make a career out of the military if you wanna be set for the civilian life.
