Here they told us they're completely prepared and have everything handled then a day or so ago they announced they have nothing and local preparedness centers have been completely neglected. Meanwhile we're supposed to be super rich and have the best public healthcare in the world.

Luckily local anesthetics are good enough to perform surgery without noticeable pain so it's fine if a bit stressful.
