This does assume proper medical care in case your symptoms would get worse than regular flu. But the risk for younger people without preconditions is still low.
The official way is to get tested by a doctor once you're showing signs of illness (because the virus has a rather long incubation phase, during which tests have a high chance of false-negatives) and put under quarantine when tested positive.

the problem is not you dying, it is you infecting people that would be more susceptible and needing respiratory support or even die form it, eg elderly, diabetics, smokers(not lethal but more likely to require respiratory support) and preconditions.

my main worry is a wide spread infection that would overload the medical sector leading to ppl needing respiratory support not getting it and drowning.
