Bros, I posted something in a previous thread (pic related, my post. Sorry for the unwanted self-promotion but it's needed here).
Then some anon replied that he felt desperate and couldn't save himself.
I wanted to reply to him but the thread got archived: you must syo, it's never too late.

-start combat sports NOW. Boxing, martial arts, whatever you want, but do it 3x a week at least: this will improve your self-esteem, your respect for others and you'll make great friends.
-Good nutrition is important: no processed sugars, low carbs, high protein, nuts, dried fruits. Eat what you want one day a week (including processed sugar) but be strict the rest of the time. If you don't do it yet, you can't begin to comprehend how important this is for your brain chemistry, including your mood. Sugars make you depressed.

Finally, pay attention to what cultural items you put in your head: if you listen to shitty, dark music or podcasts, that'll be reflected in your mind.
