Step 1: Grab the caca log

Step 2: Get a steel strainer

Step 3: Put the caca in the strainer

Step 4: Put strainer with contents over a cup

Step 5: Using your free hand, ball it into a fist and press the caca down into the strainer in a rolling motion. The juice will begin dripping into the cup.

Step 6: Keep pressing until the juice stops dripping, thus separating the juice from the pulp.

Step 7: Now the juice is where all the nutrients are, but you can re-add some of the pulp to your liking for that added thickness and fiber.
