I plan to force them all to wear unremovable waterproof collars that appear to an uninformed observer as an ordinary choker. It must have an embedded SIM card, hidden camera and mic, and permanent cell connection to enable me to track their location and see and hear them at all times. Crucially, it must allow me to deliver a painful shock to them from a distance using an app if I believe they're misbehaving. I want to mislead my girls into believing the collar only has a remote shock capability; I don't want them to be aware that I can monitor them. If they allow the battery to drop below 30% then it needs to automatically use the remaining 30% to shock them with increasingly painful shocks until they recharge it. It also needs to automatically electrocute them if they ever attempt to remove it. Do these products already exist or do I need to have them specially manufactured for me?
