I grew up in the US, and I started working construction at 14. Primarily, I did construction for cripples on government hand outs in the "hood."
Despite their schools having the most funding, the government paying for their housing and food, these "people" utterly fail in society.

We stopped calling the police because they wouldn't come. We just started beating them into a coma. >Countless woman offering sex for money, most of them under 18. >Tons of kids not in school, when they got out of school there was always 3-5 fights at the bus stop. It was like watching a group of dogs fight for hierarchy. Every day.>We had a generator because 1/4 the houses we did work on had power shut off. I could go on and on
