Im not sure what the best move after 1.Bd5 is but definitely wrong move. Something like 1.Bxd5, Bxh4. Black is already up a queen in this position.

I'm too stupid for a mate in 3, I did however find a mate in 5, not sure if that counts:
1) white Bd3, black has 2 options: g6 and g7
2) white King to c1, g7 or Bg7 or Bh6 (latter is best)
3) white Knight Nb6, best for black: Bxe3
4) xe3, f2
5) Na4++
