>>974394If you double on everything and start with a high intensity chanches are very high that u just gonna quit and develop a negative response to excersises. You can annd swings with barbell, and swap regular situps with goblet squad with dumbell. I recommend you start with 6/1:
3x15 burpie (slightly fast)
3x10 jump out of squat up(slightly fast)
3x10 push ups (very slow no cuting)
3x10 goblet squat (very slow no cuting)
3x5 handstand push ups (very slow no cuting)
3xas much as you can pushups (if u cant push up then use stool and just moove down very slowly)
3x15 barbell swing
2x1min bridge
Walking in park for 1-1.5 hour with a nice temp would be also good addition.
Dont try to go hard from the start, do everything slow. Dont rush things, nothing of significanse can be achieved fast.
