Upper management has no idea what they're doing. We have to use our own PTO if we get sick despite our off shore employees getting it paid by the company. They want us to work from home but the VPN system can't handle the stress of all these people logging on at once and they didn't do any stress test at all. If you can't work from home you're expected to be at work within 20 - 30 min even if you have kids who are home from school. They kept giving us conflicting information. Saying we could take monitors home then that we couldn't, that we were doing a stress test on the VPN then cancelling it. All within ten minutes. They will for sure spread the virus around my city because they're so incompetent
