What does nofap really do? I've only ever lasted about 2 weeks and the only difference is I felt more horny.

I've done it for 10 months.
I felt more concentrated and focused on my goals. Self-control obviously improves, since it is a muscle, and restraining from such primal preasures is a hard exercise.
