The cycle of life is called Samsara. Birth, death, rebirth, pain, suffering, fame, fortune, misfortune, notoriety, happiness, sadness -- these are inevitable for every living being. The proportion and intensity varies and your actions in this life, kamma, directly take root in this life and lives to come. Reincarnation is instantaneous. You are reborn millions, billions of times until you STOP being attached to the events that befall you in life.
If we had enough Buddhists on pol, we could have an interesting conversation about how occultists may attempt to retain treasures from prior lives into future ones BUT all I get on pol are usually people who have poor understandings of Jesus' teachings and are only interested in cyclical schizo posting.
