We all know the impacts of s0ya, both to hormones and to the environment.
My question if any variants are OK to eat? One on my mind is soya lecithin - apparently containing so little soya that it doesn't cause an allergic reaction in most cases. Is this alright to eat or should it be avoided for potential phytoestrogen? Thanks in advance anons
