>>9846611>can't make it past two weeks.Well your libido increases in cycles and there's roughly a cycle of 2 weeks from the last time you coom. So usually once you pass the 2 week milestone it gets easier.
Also, people who have been addicted or just consoomed a lot of porn non-stop for years will often experience a "flatline" after the 2 weeks in which their libido is far lower than in the past, they will become impotent and won't even be able to cum.
I know people might become anxious if this happens to them. Just take it in your stride, since after all your goal was to stop watching porn, and the flatline is actually helping.
So, paradoxically, NoFap can actually become very easy after this point. Usually, however, there comes a time (1 month? 2 months? 3 month?) when your libido begins to return to normal and you may also experience wet dreams (aka nocturnal emissions).
Personally I started watching porn and masturbating pretty much when hormones began to kick in heavily around 11-12 years old, so I never learnt to overcome the wet dreams. A few years back I went ~6 months without porn, ~5.5 months without masturbation, and after 1-2 months I started getting regular wet dreams (and I lost my virginity around this time as well).
I even kept a diary of this because I was under the impression they were triggered by excessively sugary foods, but I never really managed to get them fully under control. Eventually they did become a bit less frequent, however.
t. currently on 2 weeks of NoFap, first time in 18 months I've held out this long.
