The impression I've been under is that the places that have been successful in their management have accomplished that success by facilitating thorough, and convenient testing to provide information to individuals who can use it to act accordingly to minimize their personal risk as well as the societal risk they present.
We don't have anything like that here. I'm just saying that the numbers for the US may seem high, but they are based on incomplete information. Unless those numbers are produced out of models, there is no way they are accurate representations of our actual numbers, which I believe must be significantly higher than them.
