You know, it's still forbidden to wear an armor in the UK Parliament to this day but if someone do it once, would it be just dumb and funny as dumb as the law itself ? Probably.

Also, if it's true, 4channel is just being forced to respect the rules of it's ads manager. Back in the days, I was doing porn site and using JuicyAds and 4chan was there, if JuicyAds say "racist site won't be paid" then 4chan lost all his source of revenus.
