Is ASMR in the same vein as porn? I'm legitimately worried about the effects watching this is having on my brain.
I'm become somewhat dependent on it before bed, not sure the last night I've fallen asleep without watching atleast 15 minutes of ASMR.
Recently I can only get "tingles" by watching more and more lewd type of ASMR: stuff like ear licking and moaning.
I feel like ASMR is another substitute for real life female interaction, similar to porn.
