this isnt new, and its why home ownership has been and still is the best vehicle of wealth store for the average american by far. there is no action that affords greater social mobility. itll take 4 years to get that first house, but once you have it itll take a year to sell it and get the next one

Realistically with housing the way it is the middle class doesn't exist and the poor live in community hubs while working or sponging off their relatives to afford basic amenities. The housing market needs to pop and there needs to be new housing made. Not this draconic style where they strategically build homes to keep the prices inflated. If you were a real smart cookie you would just avoid the house flipping market entirely and just buy a plot of land and build the house yourself as you get the funds.

Op is right. I started out in an apartment in a nigger infested hellhole. Had a child, spent the next few years moving around making low paying arrangements with friends and family. Had another kid. Finally busted my ass for a summer and was able to save up 40k while I lived in a camper trailer with two small children and a wife. I am now living in my two unit house with a relatively large plot of land in the city. The unit I live in is very basic but has everything I need. I'm remolding the second unit to command a high rent. I have no sympathy for faggots who don't know how to sacrifice vidya to grind for a few years and get a house.

I grew up in a house that was on jack stands. I'm 30 furlong years old and the slumlord still hasn't fixed the foundation to the house m mom used to rent. If you are willing to do the work yourself it is incredibly easy.
I was able to purchase a house with foundation problems for 15k. $150 in cinder blocks, 3 $80 house jacks and 48 hours of manual labor and I had the foundation issues sorted out. I sold the house a month later for 60k Stop falling for that kike bullshit that foundations are rocket science.

You only need 3% down to get a fed backed loan. You can save up 4500 on min wage and buy a $150k house. You can do things your self to improve the house ( with more borrowed money or money from your job). Then sell the house for $200. With your $50k pay back the loan for home repairs ( if you took out money) and you keep the rest. Let’s say you had $25k left over. Use that to buy a nicer house with better loan terms. Fixed it up your self- sell it again. Repeat process until you have enough $ to keep one house as a rental and live somewhere else. You will then be done and you can live off the rent $.

Depends on the house you own. Some houses can just be loaded on a truck bed and shipped anywhere with flat land. and roads.
Also maintaining a house is easy if you have some frontal lob development and have some common sense with things like hygiene.

Also if you have a rich friend who has a lot of unused land and is willing to basically let you squat there you don't have to pay a dime if you go off grid aside from some solar, batteries, and maybe a turbine.
