the full quarantine isn't ending any sooner than late April/May anyway, and even after that schools/unis will stay closed and mass gatherings (stadiums, concerts, discos) will most likely still be banned
mask wearing will probably become a social norm too if you're sick
plus we're putting various facilities in place to handle future corona cases without infecting the hospitals, which has been the biggest problem, and testing capacity has been massively increased
i reckon it won't be decreased unless local and central governments are utterly retarded (in which case they'll deservedly get the boot) to make a future SK style test and trace campaign possible in the very early stages of new outbreaks, preventing the need to ever do a full scale national lockdown and instead only localized lockdowns
