It is the first of April, 1/4, of 2020, commonly known as April Fools Day, but beware that what I am writing doesn't fall under it. For my post only speaks truth and what I am desribing is by no means a lie, but maybe a bit cryptic. But to come to the point, it is the end of PHASE IV and the day and run of PHASE V has come!
