>>9976913Vitamin toxicity is a thing.
Typically, a natural diet would supplement iodine and selenium to bind to the rest of the halogen group, i.e chlorine and fluoride. The deficiency in these other nutrients, minerals, and vitamins causes an imbalance.
Dietary deficiency and nutrient imbalance has been linked to all diseases. Yet so many people eat so much food? Ah, they think it's all food, but processed food is void of nutrients. Furthermore, they're stuffed with synthetic chemicals and neurotoxins to make it taste better, to your detriment of course.
Sugar as well. High amount of refined sugar and carbohydrates strip you of your nutrient reserves, and they make you store fat, subsequently they make you store the toxins and heavy metals in your fat, organs, and many other tissues.
It's the primary reason why people suffer thyroid issues. Set the whole endocrine system off, and you're inducing inflammation which damages nerves and neural receptors, causing depression, anxiety, lack of confidence.
It makes it hard to let go of mental stress and trauma, and that in of itself leads towards an addictive lifestyle. You seek any source of dopamine you can find, which overstimulates those sensitive receptors. Each time you overstimulate dopamine, you get a diminishing return, so you seek out more of the thing that you use. This happens with workaholics. Alcoholics. Violence and anger, even pornography and promiscuity, or food, drugs, etc.
Basically, if you want to heal yourself, start with what you consume. Eliminate the things you know are bad for you. Easier said than done, it's extremely hard to LET GO but Forgiveness and Compassion are very, very powerful, and they can help you along your journey.
