Russians are anything but Homogenous, there's a reason why Russia is a Federation and not a nation-state.
Russians are a mixture of Slavs Mongols, Cumans, Pechenegs, Avars, Khazars, Finno-Ungrics,
and various other Turkic sub-groups.
Only Latin America can claim to be more of a muttified region than Russia is, not that I consider that to be inherently bad or humiliating, unlike most brainwashed /pol/acks.
I would advise you to respect other cultures, or at least European ones, but you, like the average Russian pleb won't even respect borders so asking for anything else is naive.
Russian culture is beautiful, Romanian Culture is beautiful, none has to be greater than the other to be appreciated.
