It should work if you just extract the files into the main game folder (same one with 4H19b.exe or w/e)

Depending on where you got the game it may or may not need to overwrite anything, but the game will substitute out those files for the ones packed in its archives either way. (Normally the data files are packed into some files like game.dat, game.000, game.001, w/e, but some torrents have them already unpacked for some reason.)

I didn't play that much of it myself yet so let me know if you see anything weird. The choices are untranslated since they weren't included in the script files I passed to the MTL, but it should be easy enough to figure out I think.
