From a light novel called Choppiri Ecchi na Sanshimai demo, Oyomesan ni Shitekuremasuka? It has a manga adaptation with one chapter out so far (excluding a prologue) and this appears to be from Volume 2, so it may take a while (if ever) before the manga reaches this point.
