>>2657101It's not just that, from what I understand. CERO can refuse to even RATE a game, and at that point (BY LAW) you cannot sell it at all in Japan. Because of this, nudity is basically banned in console games in Japan, apparently. CERO just won't give your game even the worst rating if you show tits, and then at that point, you're legally not allowed to sell it on consoles. Even CERO-Z rated games have to be sold in separate "adult only" places in stores, and need an ID (by law) to purchase.
It's fucking ridiculous, honestly, and they don't treat movies or anime the same way at all.
