The p skill on a good suit (excluding the birthday/true color suits since we're talking f2p) is +11 % to a skill, which is about the same as a maxed out 5 point skill. Whereas the platinum attacker is a 9 point skill. So you lose out on a 4 point skill. Not a major issue, but if you're minmaxing for arena that will put you behind a bit.
