Rather than say "unexpected", I'll clarify that it's manga and/or anime that had no nudity for a long time and suddenly introduced nudity at a later date/volume/chapter.
"Jaianto Ojosama" is an ecchi giantess manga, but didn't start teasing nipples until Volume 6.
