What they're doing in the toilet? That's a bit more contentious. Pee is NOT allowed on /e/ but there seems to be an unspoken acceptance of sorts from the mods that if they're peeing into the toilet then it'll be allowed. It's not gratuitous and a reasonable expectation to see if they're sitting on the toilet.
Poop's obviously out altogether (and I don't think even /d/ hosts that...although it does work on /trash/).
