Here's higher res version of that CG I posted a while back. Apparently the situation was she was playing some game where she gotta hold the ball underwater for a while, loses her grip and thing slips up taking her top with it, she holds onto it and thinks phew, at least nobody saw anything and just stands there for a while talking to the MC unaware he can actually see.
Not sure if it's really that ENF since she never actually realizes he can see and he just kind of hands her her top eventually after he's seen enough and they go on with their day but still thought it was pretty good.
