>>3035391That is a gimmick I honestly can never get behind. Is not that I super hate it or anything but it annoys me.
Because...why the fuck would natural rules apply on worlds where magic exists?
No, my spells are stronger because I know about oxygen! Dude, what the hell oxygen would matter in a world where fire is created by fire spirits?
"My wind spells are better because I know about weather"...in a world were a goddess tantrum can cause a maelstrom.
Or you know when "this is not a curse this is just an infection causing by bacteria!"
It annoys me, because sure, that premise can work on a science fiction story where a guy travels to medieval times.
But is a fantasy world, so may be the curse is just actually just a fucking curse and no amount of antibiotics would solve it and the only way to solve it is killing the evil witch that casted the curse.
Makes no fucking sense to me.
Apologies. Is a subject that triggers my fantasy autism. In compensation here is a cute random tsundere goddess that is not that she wants to give you a cheat power because she likes you or anything
