>>2241418Since a big priority of Maggie's would be figuring out what turned Aria into the werecat (the official story is a curse from the cultists, but it's easy to be skeptical of that, and even if it's true there could be more to it), it makes sense to ask for a rundown of everyone important in Aria's life, and if anything seemed off about them.
Family history is important too. Maybe some of what made Aria the werecat is genetic? Seems reasonable to ask if there are any stories about Aria's ancestors, or if there was anything unusual about them.
Asking about any cats Aria knew growing up, or anyone who she knew who had cats, also makes sense. Even random urban legends might have some bearing on the situation.
Medically... there's always the question of whether Aria had cat-like tendencies back when she was human. There's also the question of what she ate (did she eat a lot of meat? Cats are carnivores, after all), and what her ears and tail regions were like back when she was human.
Maggie can also ask what Aria's height and weight were like back when she was a human, and if that was normal or not for her family.
Of course, we here know what the truth behind the werecat is, but since Aria's keeping that secret locked up tight the only option for inquisitive minds is to consider anything that might be relevant.
