>>2292197>I'm a bit lateYou are not, I'm not even prototyping yet. Just brainstorming ideas every now and then.
>Personally, I much prefer the embarrassment than the exhibitionism. I generally prefer sneaking and, if you are sneaking, I hate being forced to be caught. I also hate being forced to have sex. The girls reactions are also more important to me than what is actually happening. I also, unlike most people here, actually enjoy when it turns the girl on but she is still embarrassment about it.Looks like you have identical values to mine when it comes to ENF. I do not think there will be anything extreme in my game. Themes of sex, violence, sexual violence etc. are something that is already well handled by all the mainstream stuff.
>A player should be rewarded for winning, not for losing.Even if not for winning (whatever that could mean), but at least for putting in some work, right? Build-up and anticipation are fun, and are a good fit for video games.
>you should give the player as much control over their experience as possibleThat's the idea. I hope that even beating the game without getting in compromising situations will be one of the options. Hopefully, I will find a way to grant players some control in a diegetic fashion. I.e. a change in a scene will occur because of something you've done in game, not because you went into options and switched something on.
Btw, right now I'm considering hamfisting calendar and day system into the game. I feel like some repetitive activities are better supported by it, but I don't want to add chores and waste time. Tricky.
