There are reasonable and discrete body types such as anorexic, underweight, skinny, at weight, chubby, fat, obese. The problem is that healthy is a metatype occupying the position between at weight to chubby. Healthy is basically the same as the live-action photography term "voluptuous". If we simply accept voluptuous as a synonym for healthy then that will give "healthy" a more obvious known meaning than the vague metatype it is now.
Also, we are not arguing pregnancy here. In those cases, wide hips with hip fat result in babies with the least cognitive disorders whereas anorexic results in higher chance of cognitive disorders as recorded by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics.
