>>2845434How the fuck did you make them without knowing how to manipulate vertices and weigh them to bones? Looking at the structure, they were definitely frankensteined together from different models created by someone else, but I don't see any authorship credits.
1. (Optional) Turn on Virtual Axis (A) and Wire+ display. Use Vertex/Masking (F3) with PRTS disabled to limit selectable vertices to relevant materials while still seeing your whole model. Alternatively, you could use face selection with Ctrl+X, Ctrl+K.
2. Select the panty vertex that clips through the dress and drag it inside. Virtual Axis will give you a convenient axis that is perpendicular to the surface of the mesh.
3. Select enough vertices around the area where the arm clips through the sleeve and drag them out perpendicularly to the arm's surface.
As for the weighting issue, make your ghetto proud and solve it yourself. I don't feel like you deserve any more help.
