By "pixiv/patreon artists," I mean the illustrators that have been drawing and posting there for years.
By "slowed down on content," I mean like where an artist will just disappear for months or a year, to come back to posting with greatly reduced frequency compared to when they were most popular.
That said, Bluefield for example, could use Stable Diffusion and a Bluefield lora to shit out hundreds of images trained on their own work.
If they clean up the eyes and hands themselves, which would also remove the image data, they could basically post it as original content with none the wiser.
Their workload could be rapidly expedited and uploads could even be automated.
Just spend a week producing several months worth of content, set it to post a weekly batch, respond to random comments, and just refill the hopper as needed.
If something is suddenly extra popular, they could cook up some quick content and stick it in at the top of the queue.
