Remember that it is episode 13.X now, so there is another continent beyond the rift gate. That rift gate opened up with the destruction of Morroc, so if you had quit some time ago, then you missed the various changes in the game. The world history continually advances and various changes occur. There is the 3rd class now to go along with your transcends. As for bots, all games have them. Many in Aion to Warcraft are run by chinese companies using bots to farm for items/game_currency so that they can resell it for actual real life money. They also sell leveling services too for Aion, Warcraft, etc. Heck, almost everyone I know that plays Warcraft uses macros and bots for autonavigation and item farming.
I recommend you ignore any bots and play to have fun. If you spend 100% of the time whining, how much time are you spending orgasming? Whine less, orgasm more!
If you have not PvE in the New World, you should try it. There are new towns out there as well with new types of things to try out. HINT: Remember to catch enough fish to feed the cats! *wink*
