Well League is somewhat dwindling in popularity recently, but it is still a huge game. Back in the day it was enormous, and so were the busts. I never played it for more than what must be 5 or 6 games, but one thing I kept up with was the girls. League's boob sizes have been discussed way more than most other series, maybe even the most. Just type in League bust chart and you'll get all kinds of stuff from simple top 10s to people drawing lineups of every character and so on and so forth. As someone without any personal attachment to the game and having spent no time staring at these women from above, all the evidence I can really offer is a simple passing glance at what is considered the chestier of the females.
From my understanding most of the debate comes down to Ms. Fortune vs Sona. Now, I've always said that in a game with skins that alter the physical appearance of the base character, the chestiest skin is accepted as the example. And in that department Ms. Fortune, to my eye, has Sona beat and it doesn't even really seem close. And for that matter, while every skin Sona gets seems to either cover her up or reduce the size of her breasts, Ms. Fortune has a couple that increase it or at least accent them more.
Either way it's not up to me, and I don't have that much knowledge. It's up to the people. I'm sure there's a girl from the game that is bigger than both that we're forgetting.
