The characters are Kitakami (left) and Ooi (right) from Kantai Collection.
Ideally Ooi's bikini should be a muted green (something like HEX#44592d) and Kitakami's a dark navy blue (HEX#2d2d59).
You can keep them white though, I don't mind.
Background remains white.
