Often to their consternation since there are a lot of skimpy outfits and clothing damage. And since the power of the cards draw from whoever is in the vicinity sometimes random people, like a girl working a hot dog stand nearby, gets pulled in and transformed into a sorceress and forced to fight a dragon while floating on a magical playfield because MC got into a card battle across the street. The MC himself will have the same hyper seriousness about winning though, not even recognizing that its having this collateral damage.
