There is a past event SR called the Dewa that works the same way as the Takao and can be assigned to a girl to overcome the same base conflict.
However if you missed that event SR you'll have to wait for them to offer it in the venus shop for girl coins. Why the mod author chose this event SR as the secondary suit I couldnt tell you, but unless something has changed for the CC mod recently that's how it is.
