That Towa-Can manga had me thinking, anybody know any permanently-nude characters? Characters who are just naked nearly 100% of the time? Its definitely a rarity, but there's a couple I can think of, most notably Doppel from Monster Musume (though she's a tease and covers up her naughty bits all the time).
